Red Hot Chilli Peppers

On the 23rd June my boyfriend dragged me to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Knebworth. He had been dying to see them for years and I was being taken along for the ride. Even though I had always been a fan of RHCP I was a little worried about money as it was only a few weeks before our holiday and we needed petrol/hotel etc so I wasnt as ethusiastic as I could have been.
In the end I LOVED IT.
Knebworth is a brilliant setting for a gig as the stage is slightly down hill so almost everybody has a good view.
It was an all day gig with Reverend and the Makers, The Wombats and Dizzie Rascal supporting with loads of food stalls and shops where you can buy studs/ plugs and fair ground rides.
RHCP were so good live. They sang all the classics with a couple of covers and were so enthusiastic and .... mental, the crowd totally lapped it up and the atmosphere was amazing.

Have you seen RHCP?? What did you think of them?

Coldplay

ohmygosh! I have so many posts I want to share with you guys. I have recently just got back from holiday (post coming up) and just before I left I already had a list as long as my arm of posts I want to share. So be prepared to be bombarded....

First.... back at the beginning of June I went to see Coldplay at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

I havn't shared too much personally on my blog until recently but I am a huge music fan. Primarily its indie/rock/alternative music and its one of the primary things my boyfriend and I have in common. As since I was around 15 I have been going to gigs and going to festivals since I was 17 I think I could say I have seen my fair share of bands and this Coldplay gig has to be in my top 3.
It blew my mind.
I had seen Coldplay once before at T in the park last year and they were really good then but I just knew I had to see them at their own gig, knowing they would put on an amazing show.

Rita Ora (Verryyy good) and Robyn (Verrry Weird) were the support acts and then Coldplay played for roughly 2 hours. Here are some photos of one of he most amazing gigs of my life and a little oufit of the day for you.

Chris Martin running past us to get to a smaller stage..... Lots of screaming!!
